These terms apply to the public website. Separate commercial terms apply to quotations, orders, designs, production, shipping, installation, and after-sales work.
2. Website information
Website content is provided for general business information and early project discussion. Product directions, model codes, planning areas, images, capacities, materials, timeframes, and other descriptions are not a guaranteed specification or offer. We may update, correct, replace, or withdraw website content without notice.
3. Project inquiries, quotations, and contracts
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or require Vabibo to accept a project. Availability, price, scope, schedule, shipping terms, installation responsibilities, documents, payment, warranties, and acceptance requirements must be confirmed in the applicable written commercial documents.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate site information and identifying local building, fire, accessibility, operational, inspection, and regulatory requirements. Final responsibilities are allocated in the agreed project documents.
4. Concept images and AI-assisted material
Concept images, temporary references, sample layouts, and AI-assisted material are for creative exploration and communication. They are not final construction drawings, engineering, safety approval, material specifications, or a quotation. A concept must be reviewed and developed against the actual venue and approved project scope.
5. Standards, certificates, and supporting documents
A standard, certificate, report, test, or management-system document applies only to its named holder, product, model, sample, clauses, validity, and stated scope. References to ZZRS or JIQI supporting documents do not make Vabibo the legal holder and do not create blanket certification for every indoor or customized project.

6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Vabibo name, logos, website design, written content, graphics, project presentations, and other published material are owned by or licensed to Vabibo. You may view and share a normal link to a public page for legitimate business reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove attribution from, train a competing model on, or commercially exploit substantial website content without written permission.
Project-specific design files, drawings, concepts, and deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or contract and are not licensed merely because related website material can be viewed publicly.
7. Acceptable use

- interfere with the website, its security, or normal availability;

- submit malicious code, deceptive inquiries, or unlawful material;
