This website is operated by Hangzhou Vabibo Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Vabibo", "we", "us", or "our"). Vabibo focuses on commercial indoor playground planning, customized equipment, design coordination, and project support within the wider ZZRS business system.

2. Information we handle
Depending on how you use the website, information may include:
- contact details, company information, project details and attachments that you submit through a website form or email;
- project details such as venue location, floor plan, dimensions, audience, budget range, schedule, and design preferences;
- technical information ordinarily recorded in hosting and security logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date, and time;
- analytics information, such as pages viewed and general interaction events, when you allow analytics; and
- your analytics and advertising-measurement preferences stored in your browser.
Website forms send your details and selected attachments to Vabibo's server. We store the inquiry in a restricted inbox and notify our project team by email. A confirmation and reference number appear after the inquiry is saved.

We use information where reasonably necessary to:
- review and respond to project inquiries;
- prepare design discussions, quotations, scope records, and project coordination;
- operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website;
- measure website use after analytics consent; and
- maintain business, legal, quality, and dispute-resolution records.
We measure successful inquiry submissions with Google Analytics and Google Ads. Analytics and advertising measurement storage are denied unless you choose to allow them. Advertising personalization remains disabled. We do not send your name, contact details, project notes or attachments to Google as part of these events; an inquiry reference is used to avoid duplicate conversions.
5. Retention and security
We keep inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, contracted work, after-sales support, record keeping, or a legal requirement. Retention depends on the type of record and the relationship with you. Hosting logs and analytics data follow the relevant service configuration and provider controls.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through a project inquiry.

You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time from our Cookie Policy. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain handling of your personal information.

Although our products are designed for children's play environments, this website is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request project inquiries from children.
